Program Overview- Refer & Earn

The Program allows Referrers (individuals and businesses) to receive the Referral Fees (Referral Commission) by referring any known third parties/their clients/partners to become customers of Matellio. 

The referrer will fill up the form by opening a unique URL (“Referral Link”) in the dashboard or can share the Referral Link with the person they want to refer.  

Participation in the Program has 6 phases: 

  1. Referral Program Signup 
  2. Submitting Referrals 
  3. Referrals’ Qualification Analysis 
  4. Commission Allotment 
  5. Payment of Commission 
  6. Referral Progress Tracking 


1. Refer Signup

  • Individuals interested in joining our Refer and Earn Program (Referrers) must register with Matellio’s refer and earn platform. 

  • After signing up, Referrers need to fill in their basic contact details. Fields marked with * (asterisk) are mandatory to fill to complete the profile. Fields marked “optional“ can be filled later.
  • Finally, the referrer can fill up their PayPal address at which they wish to receive the commission. You can also skip this step to update it later.

2. Submitting Referrals

The Referral submission process is as follows: 

  • To refer a prospect, click the ‘click here‘ button on the dashboard to get your unique Referral Link.
  • You can also find this link in the Assets tab on the left side of the dashboard.
  •   Copy the link and open it in another tab.
    **Note: Do not alter the URL. Every referrer is assigned a unique URL to help Matellio track the source of the referrals. Changing it will disable the tracking, and the Referral Fees will not be applicable. 

 

  • Referrer can fill in the details here, along with the project requirements of the person they want to refer.
  • Alternatively, the referrer can share the unique Referral Link with the person and let them fill in their requirements themselves. 
  • Referrers can use the same link to refer multiple times to different prospects. 

Note: We will reach out to the referrer first, in either case, to learn more about the referrer’s relationship with the Referred and their requirement. 

  • Upon submitting the Referral Form, the Referrer will be redirected to a “Thank You” page as follows:

 

3. Referrals’ Qualification Analysis

Each Referral Request received by Matellio shall meet the following eligibility criteria: 

  • The Referred has the requirement for the services provided by Matellio. 
  • The Referred has a clear requirement of the services required, which makes it possible to evaluate the project size and value (initially in the form of a ballpark estimation). 

A Referral Request will be marked as not eligible if (“non-eligibility criteria”): 

  • The referred has no intention to opt for the Services provided by Matellio. 
  • The Referred has the intention to purchase a ready-made solution.
  • The Referred’s business is related to adult content, drugs, or gambling. 
  • The Referred contact person does not respond to Matellio’s contact attempts and has not confirmed their interest in Matellio’s Services. 
  • The Referred is the former, present, or soon-to-be customer of Matellio or is referred by someone else before them. 
  • Referral eligibility and final approval are determined by our Business Analysts based on criteria like service request type, project scope, budget, etc.  

NOTE: Matellio reserves the right at its sole discretion to add, remove or change the eligibility criteria at any time during the Term of the Agreement, even though these changes may affect the referrer’s ability to obtain the Fees. 

After the final qualification evaluation by Matellio’s Business analysts, the Referral Request becomes a “Qualified Opportunity”. 

4. Commission Allotment

The referrer will be entitled to receive the following: 

  • Qualified bonus of $200 for each Qualified Opportunity.
  • 3% commission of total project value if the referred onboards with Matellio as a client.
  • No commissions will be given on addon services after the first contract agreement by the Referred. 

NOTE: The Qualified bonus shall be paid every time on every Qualified Opportunity.  

5. Payment of Commission

  • The qualified bonus will be paid as a whole amount. 
  • The project-based commission will be paid in milestones matching project milestones. 
  • If the project gets halted for any reason, no further commission will be granted.

  • In order to receive any Referral commission, the referrer shall provide the bank details or PayPal address. 
  • Matellio will pay the Referrer the Referral Commission in the form of a wire transfer in U.S. dollars to the banking account or via PayPal as selected by the referrer in dashboard. 

 It is the responsibility of the referrer to ensure that their account information is accurate to receive the Referral Fees. Matellio will not be held accountable for any payments that are not received because of incomplete or inaccurate account information provided by the referrer.  

The referrer is responsible for any banking fees related to the transfer of Referral Fees. Matellio will not be held responsible for any taxes that may be imposed on the referrer’s account and will not be required to withhold any portion of the referrer’s compensation for tax purposes. 

Matellio has the right to modify the Referral Fees or Program terms at any time and may also retain or subtract Fees if Matellio suspects that the referrer’s actions do not align with the Program’s purpose or violate any relevant laws. 

  

6. Referral Progress Tracking 

Matellio will send an email to the referrer detailing the contract that was concluded with the Referred and the corresponding Referral Fee that is owed to the referrer. 

Status of commission can be checked through dashboard of refer and earn panel. 

Restrictions

 Matellio has the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict the referrer’s access to the Program without prior notice. It may also decline to award, suspend, or revoke any Fees if it suspects that the referrer has engaged in any illegal activity. 

With regards to refer and earn Program, the referrer expressly agrees that: 

  • The referrer is forbidden to send messages/emails inviting people to purchase Matellio’s services. 
  • The referrer will not represent themself as an employee/contractor of Matellio or conduct negotiations on behalf of Matellio. 
  • The referrer does not have the authority to make any commitments or agreements or incur any liabilities for Matellio.  
  • Matellio shall not be responsible for any acts, contracts, commitments, or representations made by the referrer. 
  • The referrer also agrees that it will not: 
    1. Mention to anyone the monetary amount of the Referral Fees they earn through the Referral Program without obtaining explicit written consent from Matellio; 
    2. Create online identity (website, social media accounts, emails, etc.) with the term “Matellio” included. 
    3. Refer to the names or trademarks of other companies that compete with Matellio. 
    4. Post/publish Referral Program materials that are not authorized by Matellio. 

Intellectual Property Rights

The referrer does not acquire any intellectual property rights under this Program except the limited rights necessary to carry out the purposes of this Program. 

 

Confidentiality

  • The referrer shall not share the terms, conditions, or any other confidential aspects of the Program with any third party except its professional advisors, who are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality, or when legally required. 
  • The referrer is bound to sign NDA with Matellio if the referred requests for signing NDA for the project. 

 

 Terms and Conditions 

  • Sharing any type of details will be considered as acceptance to process the data and consent to processing it for communication.  
  • Referrer should have a relationship with the referred (friend, client, acquaintance, etc.).   
  • The referrer should be ready to introduce Matellio to referred via call, text, email, or video call.  
  • The referrer should be comfortable with Matellio mentioning their reference while outreaching Referred.  
  • The referrer is expected to refund any overpayments to Matellio promptly.
