Apoorv started his career building disruptive technology solutions for the GIS industry.
Amrit Singh
Chief Strategy Officer
Amrit leads our company growth strategy. He spent a decade leading strategic consulting engagements for Alvarez & Marsal (a corporate turnaround and performance improvement firm) and Preva Group (a boutique social sector firm). He specializes in customer discovery, solution architecture, business model development and strategic partnerships.
Puneet Rao
Chief Operating Officer and Co-founder
Puneet leads scaling and optimization of our company’s operations to meet Matellio’s vision and growth strategy. He leverages over 30 years of experience in software development, marketing and sales, and technical project management to oversee, integrate and continuously improve finance, legal, HR and PMO functions.
Keith Amann
Head of Innovation and Technology
Keith leads our efforts to research, evaluate and apply emerging and advanced technologies to help solve our clients’ problems in increasingly effective and efficient ways. He brings over 30 years of experience as a solution architect, IT director and technology advisor to clients across telecommunications, aviation, healthcare, retail and education verticals.
Paul Shaneck
Head of Business Development
Paul leads our global business development efforts. He is a sales and marketing expert and a veteran of the telecommunications industry. He has held senior leadership positions with IBM’s Global Telecom Unit, Comstellar Technologies (VC and Incubator), Zenfinity (CEO) and Leapstone Systems (Founder), among others.
Vijay Narwani
Head of Service Delivery
Vijay leads our technical project management and engineering efforts, including formation of high-performing, cross-disciplinary teams and implementation of software development best practices. Over the last 20 years, he has led increasingly large and complex technology projects for start-ups and enterprise customers spanning industry verticals.
Reena Bhansali
Head of People & Culture
Reena leads our talent acquisition and development efforts, employee engagement and performance management program, and human resources operations. She is a psychologist (PhD) by training and applies her expertise in human and organizational behavior to attract and grow talent while creating a workplace culture that fosters continuous improvement.
